ROOFING ESTIMATOR / SALES REP NEEDED
Prominent roofing company is looking for a driven, achievement oriented representative. Sales experience in the roofing industry is a requirement; any operational knowledge of roof replacement is an asset.
The competitive incentive based compensation will reflect the knowledge and experience of the successful candidate.
Responsibilities include:
– Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer service as a key priority for business referrals and repeat business
– Provide management with current market pricing and info along with sales strategies to increase business
– Provide roofing information – price, quality, point of sales material
– Resolves customer orders, inquiries and problems
– Proactively understand activities of competition and continually evaluate marketing, pricing and selling strategies
Job Qualifications
– Minimum of two years successful outside sales experience
– Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required (roofing experience is preferred)
– Solid understanding of the commercial roofing/construction industry
– Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment
– Able to travel extensively
– Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve.
– Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
– Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
– Ability to overcome rejections and drive the sales process
